WATCH SERVICE – Preserving Value Starts with Expert Servicing
For more than 60 years, our watchmakers have been trusted for expert overhauls, precise repairs and the long-term preservation of high-quality Swiss watches. With decades of experience, skilled craftsmanship and state-of-the-art workshop technology, we care for your timepiece today and for generations to come.
INSPECTION
We recommend having your watch checked approximately every two years with regular use. This helps preserve water resistance and reliable performance and allows potential issues to be detected at an early stage.
DIAGNOSIS
The mechanical heart of a watch is a precise system composed of 100 to 600 finely adjusted components. Our watchmakers carefully examine each movement and prepare an individual estimate for the required work.
SERVICE
A mechanical watch should undergo a complete service approximately every six to eight years. We carry out the necessary repairs with the greatest care and watchmaking precision.

The turnaround time depends on the brand, model, and the scope of the required work. Minor repairs can often be completed within a short time, while a full service may take several weeks depending on the availability of spare parts. Before any work begins, we will provide you with a clear estimate of the expected turnaround time.
Yes. We do not normally charge for inspecting your watch or preparing a repair estimate. Once the diagnosis has been completed, you will receive a clear and transparent quotation. You can then decide, without obligation, whether you would like us to carry out the work.
Yes. Our watchmaking workshop has many years of experience in the repair, servicing, and restoration of fine vintage watches and historic timepieces. Every watch is individually assessed to ensure a solution that respects both its technical requirements and historical authenticity.
Yes. We replace watch batteries professionally and, if required, perform a water-resistance test at the same time. This ensures that the seals and case continue to provide reliable protection, keeping your watch ready for everyday wear.
