Repairs are carried out exclusively on watches whose movements are manufactured in Switzerland.
The golden POCKET WATCH – a landmark in SELNAU
Since 1987, an impressive golden pocket watch has adorned the entrance of Jenni Uhren at Selnaustrasse. Over the years, it has become a familiar landmark in the Selnau district, guiding visitors into the world of watchmaking.
For many passers-by, it has become a small symbol of the neighbourhood, reflecting the long-standing watchmaking tradition at this address.

CHECK
We recommend having your watch checked approximately every two years with regular use. This helps preserve water resistance and reliable performance and allows potential issues to be detected at an early stage.
ESTIMATE
The mechanical heart of a watch is a precise system composed of 100 to 600 finely adjusted components. Our watchmakers carefully examine each movement and prepare an individual estimate for the required work.
REPAIR
A mechanical watch should undergo a complete service approximately every six to eight years. We carry out the necessary repairs with the greatest care and watchmaking precision.
DID YOU KNOW?
The balance wheel of a mechanical watch oscillates about 21,600 beats per hour. Over five years this corresponds to a distance of roughly 21,000 kilometres – a remarkable performance within a very small space.
OUR SPECIALISTS
Four of our five team members are trained watchmakers – a level of specialisation that has become rare in a watch store today. This exceptional expertise allows for a precise assessment of each timepiece and a technically sound execution of all watchmaking work.
